Rolling Laptop BC/TC/DH Dimension Measurement Machine
For the dimension control of laptop TC in the electronics industry, a non-contact visual measurement software for laptop TC has been developed. Initially, a coordinate system is established based on the product drawings. Then, photos are taken at specified positions in the product coordinate system according to the measurement points. Subsequently, image processing algorithms are used to extract features, and finally, dimensions are calculated based on the corresponding positions. This device combines 2D and 3D dimension measurements into a single unit, achieving high-precision measurement of full dimensions.
