Empower and Unite! The 2021 IPO Nursery Team Training Camp Begins!

Under the guidance of the Suzhou Industrial Park Financial Development and Risk Prevention Bureau,
hosted by the Suzhou Industrial Park Corporate Development Service Center,
the 2021 IPO Nursery Team Training Camp
officially starts today!
This training camp
is a specialized training project tailored for top-tier teams.
The senior management teams of 9 nursery enterprises
have embarked on a systematic course of study.

The director of the Suzhou Industrial Park Financial Development and Risk Prevention Bureau, Zhu Xiaoyan, and the deputy director of the Suzhou Industrial Park Corporate Development Service Center, Wu Xiaoqing, attended the event.

Principal's Message
At the opening ceremony, Director Zhu Xiaoyan delivered a speech, introduced the original intent, empowerment system, and cultivation results of the IPO Nursery Project, and expressed his heartfelt expectations for the participants:

I hope that all participants can absorb knowledge and energy from these quality training courses, spark innovative thoughts through focused learning and exchanges, and truly transform what they learn into a strong force for business innovation and development, achieving thoughtful learning, beneficial learning, and practical learning.
Opening Mobilization
Zheng Xu, Dean of Huachuang Education Research Institute, delivered the opening mobilization speech, analyzing the three layers of meaning behind happy entrepreneurship: First, rational entrepreneurship in an era of happiness, where a favorable entrepreneurial environment provides tech companies the window of opportunity to become world-class enterprises; Second, rooted in Suzhou Industrial Park, the park provides comprehensive and high-level corporate services for rapid growth; Third, high-level specialized courses will transform into a strong force for business development.

The training camp will adopt a "training-integrated-with-combat" approach to stimulate innovative thinking in enterprises, enhance their innovation management levels, build highly collaborative teams, and rapidly improve operational capabilities. Each module invites mentors with extensive practical experience to lead participants in establishing management systems through rounds of practice, helping them develop systematic thinking, complete work methods, and comprehensive work plans in strategic decoding and execution, 3S performance assessment, and major client sales.

In the first lesson, Teacher Lu Chunlan introduced "Key Node Control Strategies for Major Client Sales," covering the thinking strategies, sales skills, process control, demand probing questions, value-oriented proposals, and objection handling and negotiation in major client sales. The lesson was vividly delivered through a combination of theory, case studies, and group discussions.

Training combined with combat, embodying the unity of knowledge and action. That evening, participants earnestly completed their post-class practice assignments, engaging in lively discussions about their learnings, and quickly converting knowledge into actionable plans for their companies.
